Earn Recurring Commission
When a prospect you bring in becomes a paying TE client, they are assigned to your book. You earn recurring monthly commission on your active assigned eligible MRR while clients remain active and in good standing.

Recurring Commission Structure

Earn up to 18% recurring monthly commission. Your rate is based on your total active assigned eligible MRR — recalculated monthly.

$0 – $24,999 active eligible MRR
Build your assigned book of TE clients and earn recurring monthly commission on collected eligible service revenue.
Commission paid only on collected revenue after payment clears.
Growth Tier From $25,000 MRR
15%
$25,000 – $74,999 active eligible MRR
As your assigned client revenue grows, your commission rate increases across your active book.
Tier is recalculated monthly based on active assigned eligible MRR.
Commission paid only on collected revenue after payment clears.
Elite Tier From $75,000 MRR
18%
$75,000+ active eligible MRR
Top-performing partners with strong active MRR can earn TE's highest recurring commission tier.
If a client cancels, stops paying, or leaves good standing, their MRR is removed from eligible totals.

Eligible MRR means collected recurring service revenue only. Ad spend, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, one-time setup fees, and pass-through software costs are excluded. Tier status is recalculated monthly. Final terms are subject to the Sales Partner Agreement.

How commission works
  • You help connect TE Acquisition Group with qualified business clients.
  • When a client you bring in becomes active and paid, they are assigned to your partner book.
  • You earn recurring monthly commission on collected eligible service revenue from your active assigned clients.
  • Your tier is based on your total active assigned eligible MRR, recalculated each month.
  • Commission continues while the client remains active, paid, and in good standing.
  • Only clients in good standing count toward tier status and eligible MRR.

Commission is performance-based and not guaranteed. Actual earnings depend on client acquisition, client retention, collected revenue, and continued partner activity. Ad spend, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, setup fees, and pass-through software costs are excluded from eligible MRR.
